Championship Spirit

Deep South Spirit was founded in 2001 with one belief: the South deserves the sharpest, loudest, most professionally-run cheer and dance competitions in the country. Twenty-seven years later, we run over thirty events a season across Alabama, Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana, and beyond.

Deep South is a 2025 Cheer Awards winner for Best Independent Producer, Best New Event Concept, and Premier Event Host Organization. Every event we produce awards paid or at-large bids to the All Star World Championship, and every event counts toward Open Championship Series rankings.

The 2026-2027 season is the Deep South Era — our anniversary tour ending at the Grand Finale in New Orleans. See you at the finish line.
